Our hugglepod came with only 3 of the 4 top bars rendering the entire thing useless. I cannot get in touch with customer service (though not for lack of trying) and can’t even find a place to purchase replacement parts online. So now I have a giant piece of purple canvas and a few steel bars with which I can do nothing constructive, and I’m out a hundred bucks.
