This 3-D Home Kit includes enough cardboard building material (siding, roofing, windows, decking, flooring, grid paper, and instructions for drawing to scale, plus every architectural detail imaginable) to construct one house up to 6,200 sq. ft. or several smaller houses.

Now make it into a home - move and remove walls, furniture, appliances, and cabinets - by using the Home Quick Planner that includes 700 precut, reusable peel-and-stick furniture and architectural symbols to stick on a 5,600 sq. ft. interior floor plan grid.

    This product is great conceptually, but in reality it is difficult for the average middle school child to do alone. If you have hours of time to spend working on it with your child you might get it done - eventually.
