I am impressed as to how sturdy this desk is, especially as a plastic foldable. It stays open and has yet to sag at all. It is large without being cumbersome for my 5 year old, height and writing area wise. The storage area under the top is ample, and has remained secure for transport when snapped shut.
The design is simple, the sizing and features well thought out for it's intended use; sturdier construction and materials than anything I've come across comparatively; and the price (especially on sale) is a gift!
