      I cannot rate this product because it was a gift to my great grandchildren who live far away from me. It looks like so much fun and I’m sure they will spend many happy hours enjoying it. It arrived damaged ( probably in transit) and I called Hearth Song. I spoke to Chris in your office and explained things to her. Her boss, Claire, immediately ordered a replacement, which arrived well before Christmas!! Kudos to Hearth Song for saving the day!!! I will rate your Customer Service as A1….And I’m sure my great grandchildren and their parents will agree…Happy New Year!

      Large and excellent quality!

      We received this tent for Christmas. It is built very sturdy and is great quality. We are using it in our kids room. It fits perfectly over a queen size mattress. So this tent is large for an indoor tent. The kids love it!
